OUR JOURNEY TO EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP.

2007

As our founders start implementing their exit strategy, new directors are appointed and a conversation around our ownership model begins.

2014

Financial models and help from the EOA, including visits to employee-owned businesses, guide our thought process. Lawyers are appointed and we begin to understand how employee ownership could work.

2015

The business is valued and a price is agreed. The contracts are signed and, finally, Interaction is officially EMPLOYEE OWNED! Begin paying off the debt.

2019

Four years later we finish paying off the debt, making us 100% owners of the business and giving us full FINANCIAL FREEDOM for the first time! We are masters of our own destiny, safe in the knowledge every one of our people is personally invested in making the business a success.
