We’re getting ready for an unforgettable two-day experience filled with inspiration and insight at this year’s Employee Owned conference. The agenda is packed with engaging plenary sessions featuring businesses that are making an impact in the world of Employee Ownership. 

We began our EO journey in 2015 and became fully employee owned in 2019. This will be a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with 850+ like-minded peers - finding out how others have transformed their businesses and sharing our own story.

We’ll be exhibiting in the impressive Telford International Centre as well as delivering a breakout session ‘Leveraging the Advantage of EO - recruitment and retention’ on day 2 with Salad Creative - a fellow EO organisation.
