The role involves working with clients from many different sectors and industries and with a wide range of delegates and different learning needs.
This is an exciting role for someone with an extensive background in learning and development, who excels in creating and delivering transformative development programmes. You will be a strategic thinker, adept at collaborating with clients to identify needs, craft bespoke solutions that drive tangible and sustainable outcomes.
You will have experience of working at all levels of an organisation from Early Careers (interns/apprentices/graduates) to executive level communities to devise and deliver behavioural learning initiatives. Ideally this is a full-time role (5 day/week) although we would be open to discuss part-time arrangements based on 4 or 4.5 days/week.
You will be expected to work at client offices and training venues at locations across the UK and internationally. We support hybrid and flexible working but you will also be expected to regularly attend meetings and work in our Bristol hub/office. You will need to periodically be away overnight for client meetings and/or business development activities. There is a minimum fee earning level for this role of 4 days/month (48 days/year). Although some of this may be design time or virtual delivery, you can expect to be regularly travelling, working extended days and/or staying overnight for any face-to-face delivery.
