Ten years, one award and a huge L&D community…
The Talent Forum continues to shine bright! We never imagined that from a seed of an idea back in 2014 that the Talent Forum would grow into such an important, respected and valuable community and resource for people working in employer led L&D.
Fast forward to today and our recent Silver Award win in the prestigious LPI Learning Giveback category and we feel delighted and proud of having created something that’s invaluable to so many people. What makes this award particularly special is that we were nominated for it by the very people who attend.
The forum for L&D professionals to come together, share best practice, ask questions and discuss challenges has evolved to become a firm fixture in people’s diaries. It came into its own during Covid, providing an essential support network and now combines weekly online calls with a select number of face-to-face Talent Forum specials. It’s free to attend and open to all industries.
But this is no time to rest on our laurels! We are currently reviewing how the Talent Forum works, getting feedback from our member community and seeing if we can build on its success to take it into the future.
But don’t just take our word for it - this is what one member said:
“It’s an enormous delight every time I connect with the Talent Forum. It has, without doubt, brought about some great thinking in my practices as an L&D professional. It has also supported me in my personal development journey by giving me some great resources and ideas and a place to explore with a committed group of learning professionals.”
We are open for business and actively recruiting new members! So if you work employer side in L&D, register your interest today
