the perfect backdrop for collaboration.

Just recently, I had the incredible opportunity to work in the heart of Ottawa, Canada, with a senior leadership team that left a lasting impression. This journey was nothing short of a privilege, working in a beautiful country, and collaborating in ways that truly demonstrated the theme of the event - collaboration.

Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, provided the perfect backdrop for our collaborative venture, with its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant culture.

For me, one of the highlights of our Ottawa venture was undoubtedly the fact that we teamed up with other learning and development providers. It was a first for us at Interaction Learning and Development, and it felt like a refreshing breath of innovation. The event wasn't just about individual expertise but about pooling our resources, knowledge, and experiences to create a holistic learning experience for our client.

Collaboration can be a challenging endeavour, especially when multiple entities, competitors in their own right, come together to work as one entity. However, my time in Ottawa proved that it is not only possible but immensely rewarding. It was lovely to work in synergy with my fellow professional coaches, sharing ideas, best practices, and different perspectives.  It certainly showed how collaboration can lead to exceptional results and we were delighted with the appreciation and feedback we received from our client.

I want to begin by thanking you all for your outstanding support in pulling this together and delivering last week’s events to the Canada team. The feedback has been entirely positive, and it is resoundingly felt that this was exactly what the team needed. The simulation, coupled with the changes that we made to both the coaching and the complexity, hit on all cylinders. Overall, I cannot express how pleased we are with the delivery of this program to the Canadian team
