MOVIN ON UP? ….

Well whether we’re really ‘Moving on up’ or just moving on – it’s safe to say it’s been a pretty exciting time for Interaction as we headed to a new, bigger, brighter home on Whiteladies Road, Bristol earlier this month. There is a cultural buzz about the area and certainly a renewed spring in the collective step of the team, as it has been a long time coming to find the right space to match our growth and innovation and allow us to truly live our values …. grounded and playful - as well as care and connection!

What it means for us is more space to collaborate, everything we need under one roof - with a healthy balance of hybrid working too. Afterall our team footprint stretches from Devon to Notts with Bristol and Gloucestershire in between!

Moving obviously comes with a little pain (like any change - organisational or otherwise) - the planning, the packing, the unpacking, the disruption. But with a lot of precision and a well-managed project we are in! We are experts in change management after all!

We’ve seen our fair share of change since we were founded in 1995 and not just geographical. Perhaps our most important change is to be now proudly employee owned.

Our 30th year feels celebratory and, well, monumental and we’re excited to embrace whatever change comes next! Regardless of where we physically find ourselves, we are always present and committed to delivering exceptional learning and development experiences for our existing and future clients.
