And we’re off! - ‘ready, set, grow’ - could be reminiscent of school sports days right? – brings that shiver of fear or excitement…. but our upcoming showcase session at the ISE Student Development conference 2024 is not something to run away from!

We’re building on the success of our presentation at last year’s ISE conference with the University of Leeds to offer a case study led session exploring how we’ve worked with our client IMI to build in business readiness training for their global early talent.

There is masses of data and insight available about the increasing proportion of early talent who show up at work lacking essential business readiness skills. You name it, we’ve seen it! We’ve worked with hundreds of apprentices and graduates who describe and display this gap in expected and unexpected ways.

But what’s important is, not just identifying this gap, but finding ways to bridge it. We’ve risen to the challenge and are ready to share our tried and tested business readiness approach.

Our session will highlight the critical backdrop of psychological safety, the challenges of hybrid working and networking.

Spoiler alert.... some of the solutions are in plain sight, but frequently overlooked...!
