It’s five since we paid off our debt and became financially free and fully employee owned…. a journey, ethos, and success story. Has it been easy? No. Has it been rewarding? Very much so! We couldn’t be more proud of story so far.... onwards and upwards.

According to the 2024 ISE Student Development survey, half of employers said that their graduates are not career ready at the point of hire, with similarly high numbers for school and college leavers. The data suggests that early careers are starting out without all the skills that they need to navigate today’s hybrid workplace successfully.
